Our products are made to order. Fulfillment usually takes 2-5 business days, then shipping is on average:
3-6 business days within Europe
3-4 business days within the US
10-20 business days for the rest of the world
Overall, most orders arrive within 7-10 days.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring one of your own garments flat and comparing it with the chart. Please note that a slight variation of ±1-2 cm may occur due to the production process.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll offer a suitable solution, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
